摘要
通过对高职院校科技期刊编辑工作的观察,在总结刊物特点的基础上,归纳了编辑人员应具备的基本素质。
By observing the editorship of science and technology journal of higher vocational college,we conclude basic qualities that editors should have on the basis of summarizing the basic features of the Journal.
