调肝汤治疗经间期出血疗效观察

Treating bleeding between periods with Tiaogan decoction

目的:观察中药调肝汤对于经间期出血治疗的临床效果。方法:108例分为治疗组和对照组各54例,治疗组予调肝汤口服,对照组予已烯雌酚口服,两组均于经净5天开始服用,至BBT上升2天停服,三月为一疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率90.74%,对照组总有效率62.96%,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:应用调肝汤治疗经间期出血疗效可靠。

Objective： To observe the effect of Liver soup bleeding between periods for the clinical effects of treatment. Methods： 108 cases were divided into treatment group and control group, 54 patients treated for Liver soup oral, oral administration of diethylstilbestrol to the control group, both groups at 5 days after taking the net to stop taking the BBT rise in 2 days March for a course. Results： The total efficiency of 90.74% in the control group, the total efficiency of 62.96%, the treatment group than the control group. Conclusion： Liver Decoction effective and reliable bleeding between periods.
