改良天灸法治疗慢性肾脏病肾阳虚证的临床研究

Clinical research of modified crude herb moxibustion on the treatment of chronic kidney disease with syndrome of deficiency of kidney-YANG

目的观察改良天灸法治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法将46例CKD肾阳虚证患者随机分为2组,治疗组23例予改良天灸法治疗,对照组23例予口服桂附地黄丸治疗。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率87.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;2组治疗后中医证候积分较本组治疗前低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后中医证候积分较对照组低(P<0.01)。结论改良天灸法可改善CKD肾阳虚证患者中医证候积分,有效率高,不良反应小,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe clinical effect of modified crude herb moxibustion on the treatment of chronic kidney disease （CKD） with syndrome of deficiency of kidney - YANG. Methods 46 cases of CKD with syndrome of deficiency of kidney - YANG were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group （ n = 23 ） re- ceived modified crude herb moxibustion. Control group （ n = 23 ） received Guifu Dihuang pill. The course was ten clays in two groups. The effect was analyzed after three courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （ 100% ） was higher than that in control group （87.0% , P 〈0.05 ）. Syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment was lower than those before treatment in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Syndrome score of traditional Chi- nese medicine in treatment group was lower than that in control group ＇after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Modified crude herb moxibustion can improve Traditional Chinese medicine symptomatic scores of chronic kidney dis- ease with syndrome of deficiency of kidney - YANG, higher the effective rate, little side effects, is worthy of clinical.
