摘要
采用带切口的试件进行半圆弯曲试验(SCB),可以更好地评价存在反射裂缝的沥青混凝土路面的抗裂性能。为了明确试件厚度、切口宽度、切口深度、支座间距等试验参数对带切口SCB试件力学响应的影响,采用ANSYS建立三维有限元模型对SCB试验进行数值模拟。计算结果表明:试件厚度选择50mm,切口宽度选择1.5mm较为合适;切口深度需要选择15mm、20mm、25mm等3个切口深度值再进行试验验证;支座间距为试件直径的0.8倍时,切口底部拉应力最敏感。
It is preferable tO carry out Semi-Circular Bending Test(SCB) with notched specimen to evaluate anti-cracking performance of asphalt concrete pavement with reflecting crack. In order to specify the mechanical response influence of test parameters such as specimen thickness, width and depth of notch, distance of supporting points, three-dimensional models are set up in ANSYS to simulate SCB test. The analysis results show that 50 mm in specimen thickness and 1.5 mm in width of notch is much more appropriate. It is required that 15 ram, 20 mm and 25 mm in depth of notch should be verified by next experiment. It is most sensitive to the tensile stress on the bottom of the notch when the distance of supporting points reached the 0.8 times of specimen diameter.
