江西省崇义县农村居民健康档案信息化实践的探索

The Investigate of the Rural Resident Electronic Health Records in Chongyi County,Jiangxi Province

目的对江西省崇义县建立农村居民电子健康档案的实践进行总结,为欠发达地区农村居民电子健康档案的建立和应用提供参考。方法采用文献查阅法和访问关键目标人群法进行资料收集,并现场调查崇义县电子健康档案建立和使用情况,评价其实施效果。结果崇义县超过98%的农村居民建立了电子健康档案,在提高乡村医生服务能力等方面取得了一些成效,但也存在部分村医和居民不愿使用电子健康档案等方面的问题。结论继续研究挖掘电子健康档案的应用功能,使其对卫生政策开发、卫生能力建设切实起到作用;提高乡村医生使用电子健康档案的积极性并扩大其使用范围。

OBJECTIVE Summarize the practice of Chongyi rural resident electronic health records in Jiangxi Province, supply reference for establishment and application of rural resident electronic health records in depressed areas. METHODS The literature review and key target groups consulting were collect the data, and survey establishment and application situation of electronic health records, evaluate its effects. RESULTS More than 98 percent rural residents have established eieetronic health records; make some effects in enhancing the service capacity of rural doctors and so on. But there are still some problems such as some rural doctors and residents unwilling use electronic health records. CONCLUSION Continue to study the application of electronic health records, make its function of health policy development and health capacity construction. Improve enthusiasm of rural doctors use electronic health records and expand its usage scope.
