临床护士对肠造口相关知识认知现状的调查分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的:了解临床护理人员对造口的认知现状。方法:对随机抽取的180名临床护理人员采用自行设计的问卷进行调查。结果:临床护理人员对造口基础知识的自评总平均分为(48.94±0.83)分,等级属差;测评造口并发症总平均分为(63.06±0.89)分,等级属良;造口相关行为测评总平均分为(18.06±0.73)分,自评等级低于测评等级(P<0.05)。不同民族、年龄、职称的护理人员对造口知识的自评分值和测评分值比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同科室护士对造口基础知识及造口并发症知识的自评分值存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理人员对造口的认知还处于较低的水平,应加强临床护理人员造口知识的培训,采用有效的方式或途径,提供新技术、新进展,以提高造口护理质量,从而提升造口患者的生活质量。 Objective:To know the cognitive situation of clinical nurse for opering-producing.Methods:180 clinical nurses were investigated by self design questionnaire.Results:The self-assessment total average score of clinical nurse on basic knowleage of opening-producing was 48.94±0.83,the level is poor.The assessment average score of opening-producing complicants was 63.06±0.89,the level is good.The average score of opening-producing related behavior was(18.06±0.73),the self assessment level was lower than assessment level(P〈0.05).There was no sense between self-assessment score and assessment score for nursing stff on opening-producing knowleage in different notional,age and professional title(P〈0.05).There was difference sense between opening-producing knowleage and complication knowleage of nurse in difference department(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The cognitive level of clinical nurse on opening-producing was poor,so the management staff must enhance the training of clinical nurse on opening-prouding knowleage,and use effective meathod to provide new skill and advance,so as to improve the quality of nursing for opening-producing and the quality of life of patients.
