摘要
利用有限元法对RL1016R叶片锻压成形过程进行数值模拟,结果表明:锻件凸台转接处内应力集中较明显,叶冠转接处金属流线出现了倒流。通过对模具结构尺寸的优化设计,凸台转接处最大应力下降了56%,从而降低了在此处淬火开裂的可能性;改善了叶冠转接处金属流向,避免了叶冠处折叠的质量问题。
According to finite element method,the process of die forging shaping for RL1016R blade was numerically stimulated.The results indicate that the questions are that the stress concentration at the boss connecting area is relatively obvious,the metal streamline at blade-tip-shroud connecting area presents counterflow.Through optimizing design of the die's structure dimension,the maximum stress at the boss connecting area drops 56%,thereby the possibility of crack here reduces;the flow direction of metal at blade-tip-shroud connecting surface improves and the folding defect here is avoided.
