摘要
研究了低合金铸钢焊接接头的显微组织及其力学性能。结果表明,焊接接头熔合区低合金铸钢一侧形成脱碳层和柱状晶区,使热影响区的硬度降低,焊接接头的伸长率减小,但对其屈服强度和抗拉强度影响不大。低合金铸钢的热稳定性较差,受焊接余热影响,热影响区内的碳化物开始分解。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joints in low-alloy steel were studied.The results show that the decarburization layer and the columnar zone form at the side of low-alloy steel,which can decrease the hardness in the heat affected zone and reduce the elongation in the welded joint,but does little effect on the yield strength and tensile strength.Low-alloy steel is poor in thermal stability.Due to the effect of welding waste heat,the carbide in the heat-affected zone begins to decompose.
