鹅源H5N1亚型禽流感病毒对SPF雏鸡血液免疫功能的影响 被引量:3

Influence of H5N1 avian influenza virus from goose to immune function in blood of SPF chickens

摘要 以21日龄SPF雏鸡为实验动物,应用细胞培养和免疫酶技术,通过外周血液免疫球蛋白(Igs)含量、T和B淋巴细胞数量及其增殖功能的检测,较全面系统的研究了鹅源H5N1亚型中强毒禽流感病毒(AIV)感染SPF雏鸡后,其外周血液上述被检指标的动态变化。结果表明,鹅源H5N1亚型中强毒AIV感染SPF雏鸡后,其血清IgG和IgA含量在1~4 d显著或极显著低于对照雏鸡(P<0.05或P<0.01),并分别于8~21 d和5~8 d显著高于对照雏鸡(P<0.05或P<0.01);而IgM在病毒感染后4 d开始升高,5~8 d明显高于对照雏鸡。血液T淋巴细胞数量于病毒感染后1~14 d显著低于对照雏鸡(P<0.05或P<0.01),B淋巴细胞在3~14 d明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);T、B淋巴细胞对ConA或PMA的增殖反应分别于3~14 d、3~8 d明显低于对照雏鸡(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明AIV感染21日龄SPF雏鸡后的早期,其外周血液无论是细胞免疫还是体液免疫功能均降低。 The dynamic changes of the immunoglobulins(Igs)content, the number and function of T, B lymphocytes in peripheral blood of 21 day-old SPF chickens infected with H5N1 subtype avian influenza virus (AIV) from goose were detected by using cellular culture and immunoenzyme techniques. The results showed that content of IgG and IgA in serum of chickens infected with AIV were significantly or very significantly lower than the control chickens in postinfection (PI)1-4 days(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ), and were significantly higher than those of the control chickens, respectively, in PI 8-21 days and 5-8 days; and IgM content began to increase in PI 4 days, was significantly higher than that of the control chickens in PI 5-8 days. The number of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of chickens infected with AIV was significantly lower than the control chickens in PI 1-14 days (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The number of B lymphocytes decreased significantly at PI 3-14 days(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ).The proliferation response of T, B lymphocytes to ConA or PMA reduced markedly than the control chickens, respectively, at PI 3-14 days, 3-8 days. These results indicated that the either cell immunity or humoral immunity in peripheral blood of 21-day-old SPF chickens infected with H5N1 AIV showed a certain inhibition.
