摘要
由于石油化工生产的流程需要,一些机组需要频繁起停,故补偿电容器组多采用跟随机泵起停自动投切的控制模式。该控制模式下,控制回路中使用了大量的继电器,由于动作时间配合、元器件寿命问题制约了该控制模式的精度,易出现过补偿、欠补偿和投切失败等故障。本文运用新的算法结合现场实际情况使用微机型继电器P143来控制补偿电容器组的自投切,改进了原有的控制模式,提高了无功补偿的精度,在现场实际运行中收到了良好的效果。
Because of the continuity of the chemical production,some motors need frequently start and stop,so the control strategy of the capacitor must follow the motor’s state.Under this situation,lots of relays has been used,for some unexpected reasons,many faults occured.This paper introduces a new control algorithm by using the computer protection system to optimize the control model,improved the precision of the reactive power compensation,it had a good effect in the practical operation.
