多相流量计在渤海稠油油田的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对渤海稠油油田稠油普遍存在乳化现象,对于稠油的计量,为避免因油水密度差小难以进行重力分离以及流体黏度高所导致的计量结果误差大的问题,选择了多相流量计。论述了多相流量计的计量原理、模型处理方法,并与HPT(高性能分离测试装置)的计量数据进行了对比。现场试验表明,在进行监测的9个月时间内,QHD32-6油田的计量校正系数在0.9~1.1之间波动,验证了MFM-2080/M-2多相流量计单井计量结果的准确性。同时,通过对计量校正系数的跟踪,验证了MFM-2080/M-2多相流量计的稳定性较好,能够满足现场需要。 Emulsion was very common in the heavy oil field of Bohai sea.The gravity separation was difficult due to the characteristics of highly viscosity,small density difference between water and oil,which resulting in large errors in the measurement of the heavy oil.For the above problems,the MFM-2080/M-2 MPFM was selected.The principle,model processing method of MPFM were described.The comparison of MPFM and HPT(High Performance Tester)was conducted.The results of field test showed that the RF(Reconciliation factor)of QHD32-6 oilfield varied from 0.9 to 1.1 in nine months time,verifying the accuracy of the single well measuring results.The tracking results of the RF showed that the MFM-2080/M-2 MPFM was stable.
