6例双侧小脑梗死的责任血管和发病机制分析及治疗对策

Analysis of criminal vascular and pathogenesis in 6 cases of bilateral cerebellar infarction and treatment countermeasure

目的 探讨小脑梗死的责任血管、发病机制、治疗对策。方法 根据笔者所在医院收治的6例小脑梗死患者核磁或者造影检查,了解后循环的血管情况,进行分析。结果 后循环的血管变异比较大,小脑梗死的责任血管和传统的血管支配有很大的出入,发病机制复杂。结论 推断小脑梗死的责任血管必需考虑血管变异,并且尽量完善相关血管检查及其他检查来证实,分析发病机制,指导治疗。

Objective To explore the responsibility blood vessels,the pathogenesis,treatment countermeasures of the cerebellum infarction.Methods According to MR or DSA of the cerebellum infarction patients,including 6 cases,understanding blood vessels of posterior cerebral circulation and analysis.Results Variation of blood vessels of posterior cerebral circulation is bigger,the responsibility blood vessels of the cerebellum infarction and the traditional vascular dominate differ greatly,pathogenesis is complex.Conclusion Deducing the responsibility blood vessels of the cerebellum infarction that needed to consider vascular variation,and possible perfect relevant vascular check and other inspection as far,analysis to confirm the pathogenesis to guidance treatment.
