摘要 题库建设是维护考试安全、促进考试公平的需要,是开展考试评价等工作的基础,是建设专业化考试机构的必然。本文从英国剑桥评价和美国ACT两个考试机构的试卷生成过程谈起,结合教育部考试中心题库建设的经验,提出应该树立题库建设是一个长期过程、是一个动态维护过程,是一个绿色使用过程的三大理念才能保证题库命题方式有效运转;同时,阐释了建立日常命题工作机制、加强命题专业化队伍建设、制定工作制度和标准,扩大试题来源、加强试测以及开发题库软件系统等工作对于题库建设的重要性。 An Item bank information introduction pertaining to on question experience we got during is a term for a repository of test items that belong to a testing program, as well as all those items. Item bank is the foundation of testing and assessment. From the paper produced procedure of Cambridge Assessment in UK and ACT in US, with designing and constructing educational examination item bank, the author concluded three concepts. First, designing and constructing an item bank is a long-term project. Secondly, maintaining bank is a dynamic process .The third, only using the items reasonably can play the utility of the item bank. This paper also illustrated the most important work to do for constructing item bank, to expand source of item writing, to establish the daily working mechanism, to strengthen the training and research, to develop the work system and standards, and to design the item banking system.
