Hunan small and medium chemical industry logistics innovation development analysis

随着国内外化学品市场的波动起伏,中小化工企业首当其冲地受到巨大的销售和成本压力。根据湖南呈现出的化工集群化发展,结合主要化工园区物流业务的现状与存在的主要问题,针对其物流的规模小、技术低、管理差等情况,要实现物流的专业化、协同化、科学化的发展方向,应重点从物流组织、管理、服务、体制四个方面加大物流创新发展的力度。

With the fluctuation of domestic and international chemical market,Small medium chemical enterprises beared the brunt of the large pressure in selling and cost.With the chemical cluster development of Hunan,this paper analyzed the current situation and the main lagging problems of Logistics business in main chemical park,and focus on the characteristics such as its small scale of logisics,low technology,bad management and so on.In order to fulfill development of specialized,collaborative,and scientific logistics,this paper pointed out the strength of innovative development should be increased by four aspects—logistics organization,management,service and system.
