摘要
综述了C/C复合材料CVI致密化过程中,气相反应、表面反应和扩散共同作用控制热解炭沉积的特点;讨论了沉积温度、气体压力、碳源气体种类、滞留时间、预制体等因素的影响。
The CVI process for pyrocarbon deposition,which is dominated by gas-phase reactions, surface reactions, together with diffusion was reviewed briefly. The effects of deposition temperature, pressure, hydrocar- bon gases, residence time, and preforms on performances of C/C composites were also discussed.
