舒适护理在射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的效果探讨

Study on the effect of comfort care in radiofrequency catheter ablation for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia

目的探讨舒适护理在射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的应用效果。方法将70例运用射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的患者随机分为舒适组和对照组各35例,对照组给予常规护理,舒适组在常规护理基础上实行术前、术中、术后舒适护理,比较两组患者的焦虑值、术后并发症及不良反应发生率、满意度。结果舒适组患者的焦虑程度、术后并发症及不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,舒适组患者的满意度远远高于对照组。结论舒适护理能够明显降低运用射频消融术治疗阵发性室上性心动过速患者的焦虑值、术后并发症及不良反应发生率,提高患者的满意度。同时舒适护理促进了护理服务质量的提高,它特别适合我国国情和护理现状,具有较大的临床推广应用价值。

Objective Discuss the effect of comfort care in radiofrequency catheter ablation for paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.Methods 70 patients of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia using by radiofrequency catheter ablation were divided into the comfort group and the control group.There were 35 patients in every group.The control group gives conventional nursing.The comfort group implements comfortable nursing in preoperative,intraoperative,and postoperative based on the conventional nursing.The values were compared with anxiety scores,postoperative complications and the incidence of adverse reactions,satisfaction of the patients.Results The comfort group of patients were lower significantly than the control group with anxiety scores,postoperative complications and the incidence of adverse reactions.The satisfaction of the patients in the comfort group is higher than the control group.Conclusion Comfort care can obviously reduce anxiety scores,postoperative complications and the incidence of adverse reactions of the paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia patients using by radiofrequency catheter ablation.Comfort care can improve the satisfaction of the patients.Comfort care can improve the quality of nursing service.It is especially suit the conditionsand the care status of China.It have greater value in clinical application.
