介绍了GPS(CORS)技术和国产GIS软件MAPGIS在土地管理信息系统构建项目中的应用,并以某市经济技术开发区土地管理信息系统为例,提出了基础数据采集处理和数据库维护流程以及用于土地利用数据采集和处理等在实际运用中的解决方案,从而使大家了解GPS(CORS)技术与GIS技术在进行土地管理信息系统构建中的管理效率和应用层次。

This paper introduces the application of GPS（CORS） technology and MAPGIS,a GIS software made in China,in the construction item of land management information system,and taking the land management information system of a certain city＇s economic and technological development zone as an example,puts forward the technological flows of basic data＇s acquisitioning and processing and the solutions in actual application in land-use data＇s acquisitioning and processing,making people deeply understand the management efficiency and applied gradation of GPS（CORS） and GIS in the construction of land management information system.
