抡臂扣球和屈臂扣球对排球击球速度影响的研究

Research on Speed of Shot Influenced by Spike Arm Waving and Bent-arm Spike

研究旨在通过对两种排球扣球动作击球瞬时速度的定量化研究和公式推导,从理论上说明在排球扣球中,抡臂扣球动作的击球速度应快于屈臂动作。

Through the quantitative research and the formula derivation of the two instantaneous speeds by spike arm waving and bent-arm spike,it is proved that when spiking the speed of volleyball by spike arm waving is faster than bent-arm spike.
