丹红注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效及CRP、MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响

The therapeutic effects of danhong injection on the concentration level of CRP,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨丹红注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效及CRP、MMP-9、TIMP-1的影响。方法:将80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用吸氧、抗感染等常规对症治疗,治疗组同时加用丹红注射液,每日1次,疗程均为14天。均于治疗前、治疗14天后,检测CRP、MMP-9、TIMP-l。结果:治疗结束后,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者CRP、MMP-9、TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1与治疗前比较均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组CRP、MMP-9下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1下降幅度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者细胞因子、炎症因子的含量,对基质金属蛋白酶有抑制作用。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effects of danhong injection and infiuence on the concentration level of c-reactive protein（CRP）,matrix metalloproteinase-9（MMP-9）and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1（TIMP-1）in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：Eighty patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group.Both groups were treated by using of oxygen, anti-inflammatory and general treatment.At the same time,the treated group was added Danhong injection,once a day,for 14 days.The levels of CRP,MMP-9,TIMP-1 were determined before the entry into the trial and after 14 days of the trial,respectively.Results：After the treatment,the therapeutic effects of treatment group was better than that of control group（P0.05）.The concentration level of CRP、 MMP-9、TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1 were significantly lower in both groups（P0.05）.However,the concentration level of CRP、MMP-9 in treatment group were significantlv lower than that in control group（P0.05）.The concentration level of TIMP-1、MMP-9/TIMP-1 in both group were no significantly difference.Conclusions：Danhong injection reduces the concentration level of cell factors,inflammation factors significantly and restrains matrix metalloproteinases in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
