毕节试验区特色农业发展研究

Study on the Ecological and Distinctive Agriculture Development of Karst in China

为改善毕节地区贫困状况,促进当地农业和经济发展,对毕节地区特色农业发展进行研究。表明毕节试验区特色农业基地、特色农业企业等数量快速增加,特色农产品产量稳定增长,当地相关部门也积极配合,极大地推动了当地特色农业的发展。但毕节试验区存在生态脆弱、农业技术落后和投资主体单一的问题,需要通过建设和完善市场化的发展模式以及建立健全相关法律法规,解决当地特色农业发展中面临的资金、人才、销售、技术问题,并为其发展提供法律保障。

In order to improve the poverty state and promote local agricultural and economic development,characteristic agricultural development in Bijie area was studied.The number of characteristic agricultural base and characteristic agricultural company skyrocketed.Characteristic agricultural products output increased steadily.With the support of local relevant department,local characteristic agriculture was developed.However,there were problems such as fragile ecology,outdated agricultural technology and single investment,in the Bijie pilot area,which needed to be solved by constructing and perfecting market development form and constructing sound law and rules,solving financial,talents,sailing and technological problems in the local characteristic agricultural development and providing legal support for its development.
