试探校企联合办学中顶岗实习的实践教学管理

On practice teaching management of working-practice in co-operative education between university and enterprise

本文以校企联合办学中顶岗实习实践教学环节为案例,就构建顶岗实习管理体系、组织教师和辅导员深入实习第一线、发挥学生干部党员积极带头作用等管理方法进行探讨,经过实施后成功解决了顶岗实习遇到的多种问题。通过分析问卷调查和座谈结果,证实实践教学管理方法在校企联合办学顶岗实习教学环节中发挥了重要作用,为进一步完善实践教学管理制度打下基础。

In our country,university education is developing from traditional theory teaching to combination theory with practice.Workshop-practice is an important section in practice teaching,so to constitute perfect practice teaching management system,important measures has to be taken to solve problem in the practice.Taking workshop-practice teaching in the co-operative education between university and enterprise as example,the paper discusses issues on how to construct practice management system,how to organize guiding teachers and assistants at workshops,and how to bring into play the roles of student cadres and party members.By above measures,a lot of problems are solved.Questionnaire investigation and symposium approve practice teaching measures to be an important action in the co-operative education between the university and enterprise,which establishes strong base to more perfect practice teaching management system.
