高校乒乓球队教练员领导行为满意度及影响因素研究

Study on the Satisfaction Degree of Leadership Behavior of Table Tennis Coaches of Chinese Universities and its Influencing Factors

采用LSS量表和自编问卷对参加2010年全国大学生乒乓球锦标赛的运动员和教练员进行调查,综合运用问卷调查法,数理统计法等多种研究方法,分别对运动员满意度和教练员满意度的影响因素进行单因素分析,在此基础上,建立Logistic有序回归模型,找出各因素对满意度影响大小的数量关系,为有效提高教练员和运动员的领导行为满意度提供理论参考。

This paper uses the LSS Scale and the self - made questionnaire to measure the athletes and coaches who participated in 2010 national university student Ping -Pong championship. It also uses the methods of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistic to analyze the degree of satisfaction of the trainers and the athletes. Then the Logistic order regression model was established and discovered influences of various factors level to the degree of satisfaction. It is useful to enhance the degree of satisfaction of trainer and athlete＇s leadership behavior.
