摘要
菌落直径法、菌丝干重法、抑菌圈法和孢子萌芽法比较的结果表明,菌落直径法更适合于小麦赤霉病菌对多菌灵抗药性的测定,并对此测定过程进行了标准化。根据孢子萌芽试验结果和赤霉菌在含1 ppm多菌灵PDA平板上的生长情况,设计了病穗孢子直接测定法,确定了小麦赤霉病菌对多菌灵抗药性测定的系统方法。
Results of comparision of several tests,including colony diametertest,hyphal dry weight test,growth inhibitory zone test,and sporegermination test,indicaded that the colony diameter test was the bestmethod for determination of the resistance of wheat scab organism tocarbendazim(MBC),and its procedure was stardandized.According toresults of the spore germination and growth on media containing lppmMBC,two methods,i.e.testing spores directly from infected ears andmeasuring growth on media containing lppm MBC,were designed forlardge scale or primary detection of the resistance to carbendazim.
