摘要
目的 旨在建立爆破声所致大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤的动物实验模型 ,探讨其发病机理。方法 以国标Wister大鼠作为研究对象 ,随机将其分为对照组及声刺激组。采用 5 6式冲锋枪射击时产生的噪声 110dB(A)为施加因素 ,将大鼠禁食 2 4h后连续噪声刺激 12h ,观察胃粘膜损伤情况及胃粘膜组织和细胞结构变化。结果 声刺激组产生明显的急性胃粘膜损伤 ,其溃疡指数 (8.4± 0 .6 )显著高于对照组 (0 ) ,P <0 .0 1。结论 爆破声刺激大鼠可成功地产生急性胃粘膜损伤动物实验模型 。
Objective To establish an experimental model of acute gastric mucosal damage by explosive noise. Methods Wistar rats were randomized into control group and noise-stimulated group. Firing noise of submachine guns was used as inflicting factor. The rats fasted for 24 hours and were stimulated by firing noise for 12 hours. Ulcer index,and changes in gastric mucosal and cell structure were observed. Results Acute gastric mucosal damage was evident in noise-stimulated group,its ulcer index(8.4±0.6) was remarkably higher than that in control group(0). Interruptions of mucosa and damage of gland were seen under light microscope. Irregular cell structure with nuclei withered, gaps among nuclei broadened and endoplasmic reticulum expanded were seen under electron microscope. Conclusions Acute gastric mucosa damage model of rats can be successfully established by stimulation of explosive noise.
