摘要
为实现现代烟草农业建设"减工降本、提质增效"和烟农增收,达到烟农、政府、工业"三满意"的目的,在余庆县实行了专业化分级散叶收购,并与传统分级进行了对比。结果表明:采用专业化分级散叶收购办法,分级速度加快,每天每人分级数量增加35.3kg,用工减少30.3个/hm2;分级合格率平均提高10%,混级率降低2%;专业分级烟农效益增加48.2元/50kg。实现了"减工降本、提质增效"的目标。
The purchasing effect of specialization grading and traditional grading patterns was compared to realize the objectives of ＂reducing labor and saving cost,quality improvement and efficiency＂,increase income of tobacco farmers and satisfy the demands of tobacco farmers,governments and tobacco industry.The loose-leaf purchasing method by specialization grading could improve grading speed,increase grading amount by 35.3 kg,reduce 30.3 labors/ hm2,increase mean grading qualified percentage by 10%,reduce mixed grading rate by 2% and raise 48.2 Yuan/50 kg for tobacco farmers.
