摘要
本文简单介绍了电力起动系统的构成。分析了电控柴油发动机对起动机可靠性的影响,以及减速起动机在电力系统稳定性方面的优势,提出了通过三维模拟对驱动齿轮倒角设计进行校核的理念,明确了蓄电池、引线和控制继电器的设计和选型要点。以柴油发动机为背景,通过电力起动系统各要素对起动机可靠性的影响及机理的分析,为起动机的可靠性研究及正确应用提供了参考。
The paper introduces the electric starting system, analyzes the influence of electronic diesel engine on starter motor reliability, as well as the effect of gear - reduction starter on electric system stability, and provides a proposal to check design of the starter pinion chamfer by 3 - D mod- el simulation, and clarifies the key points on design and selection of storage battery, connecting wire and control relay. Based on the diesel engine, as a result, the paper gave a reference on reliability research of the starter motor and appropriate application by analyzing the effect and mechanism of e- lectric starting system.
