次氯酸钠溶液对临床常见细菌的敏感性观察

目的通过试验观察几种常见细菌对次氯酸钠消毒剂的敏感性,为临床使用含氯消毒剂提供理论依据。方法配制0～50mg/L 6种不同浓度的次氯酸钠溶液,将一定量的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、鲍氏不动杆菌、嗜热脂肪芽胞杆菌悬液与不同浓度次氯酸钠溶液混合作用5min,设6个试验组,按常规方法接种培养,观察灭菌效果。结果对照组(0mg/L)细菌生长良好,菌落数平均为1123CFU,试验组1、5、10、20、50 mg/L浓度时细菌存活率分别为50.3%、22.6%、3.6%、0.3%、0。结论次氯酸钠浓度<50mg/L时对临床常见几种细菌也有较好的敏感性。

OBJECTIVE To observe the susceptibility of the common bacteria to sodium hypochlorite disinfectant so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical use of chlorine disinfectants.METHODS 0-50 mg/L of six different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite solution was made,a certain amount of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter baumannii,and Bacillus stearothermophilus were mixed with different concentrations of sodium hypochlorite solution for 5 min,and then were divided into six experimental groups,the inoculation and culture were performed according to conventional method,the effect of sterilization was observed.RESULTS The bacteria of the control group（0 mg / L） developed well,with an average of bacterial colonies of 1123 CFU,the survival rates of bacteria in the study group were respectively 50.3%,22.6%,3.6%,0.3%,and 0 as the concentrations were 1 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,50 mg/L.CONCLUSION When the concentration of sodium hypochlorite is less than 50 mg/L,it has a good susceptibility to several common bacteria.
