摘要
要实现高校强国战略,必须提高高校人才的竞争力。以江苏省的高校为例进行了实证研究,主要从高校人员结构、高校科技资源投入和高校科技产出3个方面构建了高校人才竞争力评价指标体系,并收集了江苏高校2006—2009年的数据,采用描述性统计描述对江苏高校科研的总体情况进行了分析,采用面板数据模型的方法确定了与科技产出显著正相关的因素,还分别针对两种方法提出了提高江苏高校人才竞争力的对策。
In this paper, we believed that we can realize the strategy of reinvigorating China through the development of the universities based on the improvement of the core competence of the talents in the universities, and carried out the empirical analysis which took the example of the universities of Jiangsu Province. We constructed the evaluation index system of the universities from the three facts including staff structure, the input and output of science and technology resources, and col- lected data from 2006 to 2009. We analyzed the general situation of the universities in Jiangsu Province by the method of descriptive statistics, used the panel data model to identify the factors which had a significantly positive relation with the technological output, and proposed the countermeasures to improve the core competence of the university talents in Jiangsu Province according to the two methods respectively.
