基于CPFR汽车装配型企业供应链管理模式研究

Based on CPFR the Research of Supply Chain Management in Vehicle Assembly Plant

随着汽车行业近几年迅速发展,市场对汽车供应链水平要求也在不断提高。文中通过对我国以整车装配企业为核心的汽车供应链进行研究,并结合其特点融入CPFR的基本思想,尝试建立起基于CPFR的整车装配企业供应链管理模式。为此,文中通过采用模糊层次分析法指导供应商的选择,并提出结合装配企业供应链的特点建立起相应的CPFR流程步骤以及体系构架,为汽车行业提升供应链管理水平提供了一个思路。

As the rapid development of automobile industry in recent years,the market of auto supply chain requirements are constantly improve the levels.This article studies the auto supply chain that treats vehicle assembly plant as a core,and Combines with the basic idea of the CPFR,finally,this paper tries to set up the supply chain management of vehicle assembly plant which based on CPFR.Therefore,this article adopts FAHP to guide how to choose the appropriate supplier,and proposes the CPFR process and framework according to characteristic of the supply chain.The paper provides a method for auto industry to improve its management level.
