摘要
对比研究了所制备的几种不同高纯Al2O3陶瓷材料在相同的试验条件下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,摩擦因数随成分不同而发生变化,其磨损机制以塑性变形为主,压力过大时,磨损机制由塑性变形转变为脆性断裂。Al2O3陶瓷材料中增加一些改性材料并保证材料表面光滑平整,对提高耐磨性是有利的。
Wear and frictional behavior of different high purity aluminum ceramic prepared were investigated comparatively. The results show that frictional coefficient is changed with ceramic components. The plastic deformation is dominant in the wear mechanism. However, with increasing in presure, the wear mechanism is changed from plastic deformation into brittle fracture. Through adding modified composition in the Al2O3 ceramics and keeping the smooth surface, it is favorable to improving the wear resistance of the ceramics.
