摘要
随着食品科技、包装材料及包装技术的快速发展,用于食品包装的材料在拥有良好的机械性能包括拉伸强度、抗冲击性、耐温性、化学稳定性的同时,必须有一定的阻隔性。在包材种类如此繁多的市场,深入研究包材与食品的适配性至关重要。介绍了不同阻隔性软塑包材、新型包装材料与食品品质的关系,并对包材与食品品质关系研究进行了展望。
At present,food technology,packaging materials and packaging technology has developed rapidly.Packaging materials require not only good mechanical properties including tensile strength,impact resistance,temperature resistance,chemical stability,but also certain barrier property.In a such wide range of packaging market,it is essential to get deep into the research of the relationship between packaging materials and food.The relationship among soft plastic package material,the new packaging materials and food quality were introduced,and the study prospect was forecasted.
