中西医结合治疗早期异位妊娠疗效分析

Treatment of Early Ectopic Pregnancy by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:分析中西医结合方法在早期异位妊娠治疗中的疗效。方法:早期异位妊娠并且适合非手术治疗者132例,观察组68例给予甲氨蝶呤肌注加服中药活络效灵汤,对照组64例给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,监测血β-HCG至降至正常,定期复查B超观察盆腔包块变化。结果:观察组治愈率89.29%,对照组治愈率66.67%,血β-HCG降至正常的时间观察组低于对照组,盆腔包块缩小情况观察组优于对照组,差异具有显著性。结论:中西医结合治疗早期异位妊娠,较单用甲氨蝶呤疗效确切,可提高治愈率,缩短病程。

Objective To analyze the effective methods of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment for early ectopic pregnancy.Method Early ectopic pregnancy was suitable for non-surgical treatment in 132 cases.One observation group,68 patients,received methotrexate（MTX） intramuscularly plus Chinese herbal soup-Huo Luo Xiao Ling Tang,and the control group,64 patients received methotrexate only,monitoring the blood β-HCG to drop tonormal,with B-ultrasonography to review the pelvic mass changes regularly.Results The cure rate in the observation group was 89.29%,in the control group 66.67%.The blood β-HCG clearance time in the observation group was shorter than the control group,the pelvic mass narrowing in the observation group was better than the control group,with significant difference.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment for early ectopic pregnancy is effective,that can improve the cure rate and shorten the course of the disease.
