摘要
基于断续模式串并联(Discontinuous Current Mode LCC,简称DCM LCC)谐振变换器的数学模型,提出了LCC谐振变换器在DCM下的优化控制方法的数字化控制程序实现,使原来断续的谐振电流达到了临界断续的工作模态。根据LCC谐振变换器数学模型中关于临界断续频率的公式,利用现代高速数字化控制芯片,实时采样电路的运行状态,在此基础上以临界断续频率为上限,调整电路工作频率,实现了优化控制方式下的调频调压。在搭建的实验样机上完成了优化控制方式的实验,其结果验证了控制方法的可行性。
Based on the mathematical description of the LCC resonant converter in discontinuous current mode (DCM), an optimal control scheme and its control procedure of LCC resonant converter in discontinuous mode are introduced,which makes the discontinuous current become critical discontinuous.Based on the critical discontinuous frequency formula of the mathematical description of the LCC resonant converter in DCM mode, the circuit's realtime operational status are samplled by using the modern high-speed digitize control chip.On this basis, the circuit working frequency with the critical discontinuous frequency used as the upper frequency limit are adjusted, frequency modulation and voltage modulation of the optimization control scheme are realized.A prototype is established and the experimental results show the practicability of this control scheme.
