摘要
临床思维能力的培养是临床教学的核心之一,建立正确的临床思维对于每一位实习医生非常重要,也是医学生实现从实习医生到临床医师过渡与转变的关键环节。本文针对医学生在儿科实习阶段临床思维能力培养问题,提出实习医生应从基本技能训练着手、采用多种教学形式、多种思维方式,加强其临床思维能力培养。同时,教师在儿科实习教学中应鼓励实习医生独立思考,激发实习医生对临床实践工作的主动性和创造性。
Training on the mode of clinical thinking is one of the key issues in clinical teaching.Establishing correct mode of clinical thinking is essential to every medical student,as it is the key for smooth transition from a medical student to a clinical doctor.In this paper,the authors made a preliminary exploration on how to train the mode of clinical thinking in the stage of pediatric clinical practice.In our view,training on the mode of clinical thinking on the part of the interns could be intensified through the following accesses: intensified training of basic medical expertise,the application of varied teaching methods,and training on multiple thinking modes.In pediatric clinical teaching,interns should be encouraged to think on their own,so as to excite their initiative and creativity.
