摘要 当系统发生输电阻塞时,仅通过调节发电机的出力来消除输电阻塞不是经济的调节方式。提出在电力市场环境下通过调节发电机组出力和中断可中断负荷共同消除输电阻塞的优化调度方法,即在日前市场中以发电成本最小为目标函数,在实时平衡市场中将可中断负荷应用于阻塞管理,并与发电机组出力再调度共同作为阻塞管理的手段,使阻塞管理费用最小;该优化方法采用基于跟踪中心轨迹的内点法来求解。用IEEE30节点系统验证的结果表明所提方法具有经济性。 Under circumstance of transmission congestion, it is not a economic regulating mode to eliminate the congesuon just through regulation of output power of generators. The paper proposes to regulate output power of generators and break down interruptible load so as to optimize dispatching mode in the environment of power market: the minimum power gener ation cost is taken as the target function and interruptible load is applied in congestion management in balancing market, a long with which rescheduling of generator set are adopted as congestion management to minimize cost for congestion man agement. The optimization method adopts interior point method for solution. The result verified by IEEE 30 node system shows that the method in question is economic.
