摘要
新钢三期技改工程中,炼钢转炉非工艺除尘系统,包括铁水预处理、转炉二次除尘、精炼除尘及辅料上料系统除尘。针对转炉二次除尘工艺流程、主要设备参数、系统技术优势以及运行效果进行了叙述,项目投产后运行良好,烟气排放达标。
In the third phase of technological transformation projects for Xinyu Iron and Steel Company, the non-process dust collecting system for converter consisted of such dedusting systems as hot metal prctreatment, secondary dedusting of converter, refining furnace and auxiliary raw materials feeding system. In this article, the characteristics of dust collecting system were described, including the dedusting process flow, parameters of the main equipment, technical superiority of the system and the actual operation effect. The system was running well by now, the gas emissions could be up to the standard.
