建立高校档案馆内部过程管理机制,以档案工作国家一级目标管理要求和档案工作年度评估优秀为目标,以健全的制度为依托,以电子统计表格的形式对档案工作的八个环节进行有效监控,保证高校内部应归档的各类档案材料收集齐全完整、整理规范及时、统计数据准确等,本文探讨建立高校档案馆内部过程管理监控体系的作用和方法及措施。

The paper built internal process management mechanism of university archives, took requirements of national first grade target management and annual assessment of archival work as the goal, relied on sound system, effectively monitored eight links of archival work with electrouic statistical tables to ensure complete collection, timely arrangement and accurate statistics of all kinds of archival materials, and discussed the role, methods and measures of building monitoring system of internal process management of university archives.
