摘要
指出了测量不确定度即表征合理地赋予被测量值的分散性,是与测量结果相联系的参数。通过对离子色谱法测定水中硫酸根的不确定度的分析,得出了其测量结果的扩展不确定度。
uncertainty of measurement,which means that the characterization is reasonably given by the dispersion of measured values,is associated with the measurement parameters.This paper analyzes the uncertainty of the sulfate in water by means of the ion chromatographic determination,and obtains the expanded uncertainty of measurement results.
