清热解毒补肾方治疗系统性红斑狼疮的临床评价

Evaluation of controDed dinical trial on the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus:glucocorticoid vs a combined regimen of traditional Chinese medicine

目的:评价中药清热解毒补肾方治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的疗效及副作用。方法:81例SLE患者随机分为两组,西药组40例给予泼尼松治疗,中西医结合组41例给予泼尼松加中药清热解毒补肾方治疗,观察治疗前、后临床疗效、实验室检查结果和副作用。结果:中西医结合组患者SLEDAI评分、24 h尿蛋白定量、ANA滴度均明显低于西药组(P<0.05),补体C3高于西药组(P<0.05)。中西医结合组总有效率(95.1%)高于西药组(87.5%),柯兴氏综合征发生率为43.9%,明显低于西药组的67.5%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗SLE在提高疗效,促进疾病的稳定性,以及减少并发症等方面优于西药组。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and side - effects of Heat - clearing Toxin - resolving Kid- ney- supplementing Recipe in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）. Methods： Eightyone patients with SLE were randomly divided into two groups： 40 cases were given with prednisone and 41 with a combination of the Heatclearing Toxin - resolving Kidney- supplementing Recipe with prednisone. The clinical efficacy, laboratory tests and side - effects were evaluated before and after treatment. Results： The SLE Daily Activity Index, ESR, 24 - hour urine protein, and the titer of ANA were significantly lower in combined recipe group than in prednisone group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the level of C3 was higher in combined recipe group than in prednisone group （ P 〈 0.05）. The total efficacy rate was 95.1% in combined recipe group, which was higher than that in prednisone group （87.5%）. The rate of Cushing＇s syndrome was 43.9%, which was lower than that in steroid group （67.5%）, with P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： Heat - clearing Toxin - resolving Kidney- supplementing Recipe combined with prednisone in the treat- ment of SLE can improve the clinical efficacy, promote the stability of the disease and reduce side effects.
