摘要
研究了作为低温结合剂的PF-4012固体酚醛树脂加入量对镁钙质中间包干式料性能的影响。酚醛树脂含量分别为1%、1.5%、2%、2.5%、3%、3.5%的试样通过捣打振动成型、低温烘烤(200℃)、中温(1100℃)和高温(1550℃)煅烧后,测量其常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、体积密度、线变化、气孔率等性能指标。结果显示:随着酚醛树脂加入量的增加,镁钙质干式料200℃和1100℃处理后常温强度增加,1550℃烧后常温强度逐渐增大且加入量在2%左右时强度最大;体积密度呈现了先增加后减小的趋势;气孔率则呈现相反的变化,且当加入量在1.5%~2%时变化幅度较大,其余呈现趋缓。通过试验数据分析得出酚醛树脂加入量为2%比较适合。
The effect of the phenolic resin content on the performances of magnesia-calcium tundish dry vibratable materials was researched and PF-4012 solid phenolic resin was used as room-temperature binder.The PF-4012 solid phenolic resin's content were 1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%,3%,3.5% respectively.The samples were formed through ramming vibration and sintered separately at room temperature(200 ℃),middle temperature(1100 ℃)and high temperature(1550 ℃).The cold bending strength and compressive strength,volume density,linear change and porosity of samples were measured.With the increase of the content of phenolic resin,the strengths at roomtemperature of magnesia-calcia dry material processed at 200 ℃,1100 ℃ and 1550 ℃ were all increased and strength at roomtemperature of material sintered at 1550 ℃ was the biggest as the content was 2%.Volume density of sample were increased at first and then decreased.Porosities decreased at first and then increased gently and the amplitude change was bigger as the dosage were 1.5%-2%.The more appropriate dosage of phenolic resin was 2%.
