摘要
简要介绍了承钢150t LF炉处理过程中钢液增氮的工艺概况,分析了LF炉处理过程中钢液增氮的影响因素,提出了减少钢液增氮的工艺措施。生产结果表明,在现有工艺条件下,通过采取上述措施,LF炉过程控氮效果得到明显改善。
The present paper introduces the technique of LF steelmaking process in a 150t LF, and analyzes the effective factors which increase nitrogen in the process ,and proposes measures to reduce nitrogen in liquid steel. Production results show that under the current processing conditions, taking above - mentioned measures can achieve very satisfactory results of reducing nitrogen absorption in LF steelmaking process.
