摘要
为探讨广州中医药大学新药开发研究中心研制的复方灵芝降糖胶囊 (灵芝、黄芪、三七等中药组成 )治疗糖尿病的作用机理 ,观察该药对链脲霉素所致糖尿病模型大鼠的胰岛B细胞形态等方面的影响。结果表明 ,复方灵芝降糖胶囊可提高实验性糖尿病大鼠胰岛B细胞体密度 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,对受损的胰岛B细胞具有修复和再生的作用 ,这可能是复方灵芝降糖胶囊治疗糖尿病的机理之一。
To explore the mechanism of Compound Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule for diabetes mellitus,the effect of Compound Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule on morphology of islet B cell in rats with diabetes mellitus was studied.Results showed that Compound Lingzhi Jiangtang Capsule could increase the volume density of islet B cell(P<0.001) and promote the repair and regeneration of the damaged islet B cell.
