摘要
采用一种等离子体喷枪对棉纱进行Ar等离子体辐照处理,分析处理后棉纱的红外表征,并对其进行淀粉上浆处理,以探讨其对经纱上浆质量的影响。对Ar等离子处理后上浆纱的浆纱力学性能、红外测试后波峰位置的变化及其作用机理的测试分析表明,应用Ar等离子体技术结合原淀粉上浆替代PVA上浆有一定的可能性。
A plasma jet was used for irradiating cotton yam with Ar plasma, then it analyzed the infrared characterization of the treated cotton yarn and sized the cotton yarn with starch to research the influence of the treatment on sizing quality. The test analysis of the sizing mechanical properties of the treated yarn, and the changable of the peaks postion and its mechanism after infrared ray testing showed that it had a certain possibility to replace the PVA sizing with the application of Ar plasma technology with starch.
