摘要
以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为原料,合成了羧酸盐阴-非Gemini表面活性剂,针对胜利油田某区块的油水,进行了表面活性剂的耐温抗盐性能、聚表配伍性能试验。结果表明,其耐盐可达50000mg/L、抗钙镁离子达到1000mg/L、耐温性能达90℃,聚表配伍性能良好,具有应用于三次采油(EOR)先导试验的前景。
Carboxylate nonionic-anionic Gemini surfactants were synthesized on the base of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethers. Aiming at the crude oil and water of Shengli oilfield, the thermal stability, salt tolerance , interface tension(IFT) and viscosity of the surfactant-polymer (SP)were tested. It was shown that super-low IFT could be obtained when TDS was below 50000 mg/L, total divalent content below 1000mg/L and temperature about 90℃. The compatibility of SP was good. Hopefully they can be used to enhance oil recovery (EOR).
