摘要
高校实验技术人员的职业幸福感缺失势必危及自身健康进而影响高校教学科研的发展,研究高校实验技术人员的职业幸福感具有重要意义。从考核制度不完善、管理体制转型等5方面探讨了影响实验技术人员职业幸福感的客观因素,在此基础上,与原因分析相对应,从政策、组织、个人3方面探析了减少我国高校实验技术人员职业倦怠的相关对策。
The missing sense of occupational well-being of laboratory technicians in colleges and universities has affected their health,even the teaching and research work of college.It is very important for research on the sense of occupational well-being of laboratory technicians.This article analyzes the cause influencing laboratory technicians' sense of occupational well-being from the management,the assessment and so on.Based on it,corresponding with the reason analyzing,this article also analyzes the countermeasures to improve the sense of occupational well-being from the system,the organization,and individual aspects.
