摘要
煤层气井排采一段时间后,日产液量会逐渐降低,整体呈现前高后低的特点。低产液井较高产液量井,管理难度和复杂性有所增加。由于油管内液体流速较小,不能有效携带液体中的砂粒、煤粉等固体杂质,易发生出液不正常甚至躺井检泵的情况,从而中断煤层气排采的连续性。煤层气井排采连续的中断,会使煤层的流压、渗流通道等发生变化,易导致煤层产气能力下降。分析总结了低产液量煤层气井排采过程中出现的相关问题,提出了相应措施,以保持排采的连续性。
After a period of production, the fluid production rate of CBM wells will gradually decrease, showing high before low. For the CBM wells with low production, their management difficulty and complexity become more demanding. The fluid in the pipe can- not effectively carry solid impurity (such as sand grain and coal dust) because of low flow rate, which may result in frequent abnor- mal fluid production and even pump inspection for failed well, disrupting the continuity of CBM wells production. The discontinuity of CBM wells production can change the flow pressure and seepage channel of coal beds, and further bring down gas productivity of coal beds. This paper analyzed and summarized the problems that emerged in the production process of CBM wells with low produc- tion, and further proposed corresponding measures in order to ensure the continuity of CBM wells.
