摘要
莱钢炼钢厂针对铁水预处理-转炉-精炼-连铸四个关键控制点,通过科学对标,改进入炉料结构、优化生产组织模式;通过工艺技术创新等方式控制喷溅,在提高钢水质量的同时,有效提高了转炉钢水收得率、降低了钢铁料消耗。
By the implementation of science benchmarking on four critical control points of hot metal pretreatment, converter, refining, continuous casting, burden structure and production organization mode are improved and optimized in Laigang. The phenomenon of metal splashing is controlled through the technological innovation etc.The results show that the quality and yield of the molten steel are effectively improved, reducing the steel material consumption.
