新型稠油掺液泵的设计及强度校核方法

摘要 针对稠油粘度高、在井筒内流动阻力大等问题,设计了一种新型稠油掺液泵。建立了泵筒和锥形阀连杆的力学模型,校核了其强度。泵筒的受力可以简化为有端盖的圆筒受均布压力,危险点在泵筒螺纹的内径处;连杆主要承受交变拉应力。该泵原理简单,工艺上容易实现,能够实现油管掺液、套管生产,柱塞下混合降粘,克服了泵上掺液不能降低进泵原油粘度的缺点,是稠油掺液举升的一种理想抽油泵。 Aiming at the problem of high heavy oil's viscosity and obstinate resistance while the process of well bore flowing,a new type of heavy oil pump mixing liquid is designed. Besides,the mechanical models of the pump barrel and conical valve were Established. The Force of the pump barrel could be reduced to a cover of the cylinder subjected to uniform pressure,and the dangerous point was in the diameter of the thread at the pump barrel,Rod is mainly exposed to alternating tensile stress. The pump is an ideal heavy oil pump, with the feature of principle simple, easy to a- chieve on process.
