摘要
SSR标记是广泛分布于多种生物基因组中由2~6个核苷酸组成的多次重复的一段DNA序列。根据近几年来SSR标记在中国花生上的研究进行了综述,包括SSR标记在花生种质遗传多样性研究、分子标记辅助选择育种等领域的广泛应用情况。通过对花生SSR标记相关研究的分析得知,中国花生育成品种普遍存在遗传基础狭窄的问题,认为在未来研究过程中应设计和开发大量多态性好的SSR分子标记,将标记研究工作与实际育种相结合,从而有效指导育种,提高育种效率。
SSR markers were 2-6 nucleotides of a DNA repeated sequence which widely distributed in different biological genomes. This paper reviewed widely progress of SSR markers in peanut research of China, including the SSR markers in genetic diversity, marker-assisted selection breeding areas. The results showed that there was narrow genetic base in almost all peanut cultivars of China in last decade. The author believed that the future work should be focused on the development of a large number of polymorphic SSR markers, the combination of SSR marker and breeding practice, so as to guide the breeding effectively, improve breeding efficiency.
