本文将成千上万用户归并为几类典型用户,推导了计算负荷率与分散率的关系公式,并编制了程序,对实际系统进行了分析,证明此方法是有效的。

A load analytic method is derived which can classify a great number of customers into a set of typical customers based on their consumption. At same time, the relation between load factor and diversity factor is calculated. This method is proved to be effective by using practical data.
